Sparkling Sarah

Sarah came to us after some encouragement from 3 of our previous clients. Referrals are what we live for! There is nothing better than a client telling others how much fun they had and that you should do it too!

The first thing you notice is Sarah’s gorgeous purple locks. Normally kept high in a pony or bun it rarely is down. When Sarah arrived she showed us the amazing items she brought! There was a perfect leopard pencil skirt, a beautiful bodysuit, a purple scarf and a matching bra and panty set in the most gorgeous floral.

When it comes to confidence and attitude this woman has it all! Her images are still some of my favorites.

Sparkling Peyton

Peyton works a factory job for her 9-5. Although her job may not be glamorous she sure loves to be glam. I loved that she wanted to incorporate her wedding dress into her session. She also had this amazing headpiece of colorful feathers that she wore for her wedding. The resulting images were sexy and dreamy. For lingerie Peyton had originally brought teddies for me to see at her consultation. This woman has a body and teddies just don’t cut it for me. Lucky for me she had some amazing pieces hiding at home that were just begging to be photographed.

This session is a great example of perception. There will be many of you who see the before and after and see this… a young woman, great body, great skin and pretty. Some of you may think of course these images turned out amazing she is young and pretty. Some may think well she has a great body of course this had to be easy for her. Now if these thoughts have crossed your mind it is ok. Society has trained us to think that just because you are any of the above you are automatically living your best life.

What I want you to see is a woman who has gone to hell and back. A woman who has been led by others to feel she has no worth. A woman who has jumped, climbed, crawled and kicked over many hurdles. A woman who just wants to feel appreciated and gorgeous for a day. When we tell you that boudoir is for everyone we mean everyone! We are so grateful Lisa trusted us with her session!

Sparkling Nikki

This Florida beauty stopped by while she was in Wisconsin for work. We had such an amazing time working with her. She absolutely shines in front of the camera. Her smile is contagious. She wanted this to be a gift for her boyfriend as well as herself. So against her better judgement she wore Florida Gator attire just for her man! lol!

Nikki saw this dress in the Sparkle Wardrobe and had to have it for her session!

Sparkling Patrice

Say hello to the gorgeous Patrice. Patrice came all the way from Texas to have a shoot done with her friend Christine. We had such and amazing time with these ladies.

Each and EVERY woman we photograph has something unique about her. Patrice has the most amazing eyes. They pull you in with their sparkle. You don’t know if it is a sparkle of mischief or if you should run! She has a vintage vibe that makes her timeless. With her creamy skin and dark hair she could easily have been a 40’s movie star.

Patrice was in town for two weeks. Before she left town we made sure she still had her in person reveal to choose her images. Then we had her order shipped right to her home in Texas. If you are from out of state we will work to make sure you see your images in person before you leave!

When using roses or rose petals we always use fresh roses!

Look at the shoes Patrice brought! Gah!! Love them!

Sparkling Christine

Christine found out about Love Your Sparkle from her friend Maggy. You may remember her from a previous post. After just having her forth child Christine thought she was far from ready for a boudoir session. Thankfully she has great friends who encouraged her to book a session.

For this session I wanted to incorporate the colored lights in the last outfit. This time I thought I would also get the fog machine in on the party. The last images Christine likes to call her “Bad Sandy” look. Sandy from the movie Grease of course.

I’m always excited when our client walks through the door. They are normally a little nervous. Maybe even a little shy. I know that the final outcome is going to blow her away. I am not worried. I’m not shy. I will be there to guide you through this awesome process.

The sweet, sexy, spicy and wonderful Allison took a few minutes to answer some questions. We hope this inspires you to book your session!

What inspired you to book your session?

I was inspired to book my own session with Christine because being a plus size woman all my life, I’ve had a bad habit of doubting my own beauty. I felt like I could use a little confidence boost and after seeing Christine’s beautiful work- I decided to book a session of my own!

Did you have any hesitations?

At first the thought of being so vulnerable in front of someone new was nerve wracking- but I knew that this was a way to celebrate and take care of me. From the moment I arrived Christine and her team made me feel very welcome and comfortable! The nerves didn’t stick around long at all!

How did you feel during your session?

Amazingly, I felt like a rock star during my session! Christine was always so responsive to my movements and how I followed her instructions to pose- it made me feel like a million bucks! Each pose made me feel powerful and I was so excited to see the end results! It was hard to be patient!

For your session you received professional hair and make up. What did you think of the results?

As if Christine wasn’t amazing enough… I loved the results of my hair and make up! The make up artist listened to my ideas and made sure to help me put my best foot (errr… face) forward (I may have forgotten to tweeze my eyebrows a little- and she helped out!) The hair stylist was fun and knew the perfect way to tease/curl my straight, simple hair. I looked (and felt) like a total bombshell!

What advice would you give to those who are looking to book a session?

If anyone else out there is thinking about booking a session I would say… JUST GO FOR IT. Celebrate yourself as you are in this moment- no waiting for x,y, or z. You deserve it today and always. Regardless of your age, size, color, etc. I think its so important for everyone to feel beautiful. Lets be honest, in this world full of magazines and beauty standards- we can sometimes forget how worthy and beautiful we truly are. Christine and her team truly have a knack for making you feel comfortable and stunning. The photos are just a powerful reminder of ones own strength and beauty. I do not regret my session one bit- and I don’t think you will either!

“I have been a sparkler for a while, but have always been nervous about being in front of the camera. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in January, Christine’s sister, and my friend, encouraged me to book a session and embrace where I was in that moment before my life would change.”

“When i arrived on location that day I was still very nervous, but as soon as I walked in the door I was treated like an old friend! Christine, and team, made me feel so beautiful and comfortable! I totally owned it and had a blast! My first outfit was a velvet blue dress that Christine had, I would never have picked out for myself. I felt so sexy!”

“This is an amazing team of uplifting strong women. I am forever grateful for these memories and experience. I think it’s so important for women to feel beautiful in the skin they are in. We will always have things we don’t love about our bodies. Christine listened to my insecure nervous babble about my body, but after she started shooting I completely forgot about all of that! I can’t wait to do it again!!!”
