Maternity, but make it Sparkle!
Maternity and boudoir are a beautiful match! Boudoir is all about celebrating your body. What better time to celebrate your body than during your pregnancy. During your session, you are pampered the entire time. Professional hair and makeup, access to our Sparkle Wardrobe, and the amazing Jodi to assist you during the shoot.
Stephanie is a long-time client of ours. This is not her first maternity or boudoir session with us. What better way to celebrate her final baby than to treat her with a boudoir shoot! Stephanie jumped at the opportunity to work with us again.
For this session, we did three different outfits. The first outfit I purchased from Amazon, and it is available in the Sparkle Wardrobe. It is this blush pink flowing off-the-shoulder dream of a dress. The second outfit is a bit daring for this blog but we did do the cutest purple bra and panty set. The final outfit is a beautiful blush bodysuit that is also available in our wardrobe.
Our first location was the famous Hobbs Woods. This is a local favorite for photo shoots. There is something to be said about beautiful weather mixed with timing. The sun shone through the tree with all the magic it could muster. I used a black pro mist filter and a star filter to take the magic to the next level.
The next location was the studio! We were on a high after the shoot at Hobbs Woods. I didn’t think we could top these photos! But thanks to a new lighting setup up we at least were able to compete with these. On my primary strobe I used a purple gel to cover the entire image with a purple hue. On the secondary strobe I used an orange gel to give a delicious rim lighting to the image. The final results still have me giddy!
