Say Hello to the Sparkling Amanda ✨
Amanda has been in the studio before for a gorgeous maternity session — and now she’s back, looking better than ever. This time, she booked her very first boudoir shoot as the perfect Valentine’s gift for her husband.
Before her session, we talked through wardrobe in detail. She sent me two red outfits she loved. Instead of choosing between them… she bought both. (Honestly? The right move.)
Her final look was completely inspired by pearls — and lots of them. The inspiration photos she sent were unlike anything I’ve done before. Her main outfit was a pearl halter paired with a pearl half skirt. She even wanted pearls wrapped around her wrists as if she were tied up in strands of them.
It was bold. It was creative. And it was stunning.
To make the most of her session, I offered her the gorgeous pink rhinestone dress I keep in the studio — the one that catches the light and sparkles from every angle. She was thrilled, and it photographed beautifully.
The Looks
For the first red outfit, we used a hand-cut paper heart backdrop. It felt playful, flirty, and just the right amount of sexy.
The second red look leaned fully into red-on-red drama. We added a pavé red heart ring that completed the entire vibe.
The pink dress? Shot with one carefully placed light to make every rhinestone shimmer. Pure sparkle.
But the pearls… the pearls were everything.
We saved them for last — because by the end of a boudoir session, that’s when a woman feels her most confident. She’s relaxed. She trusts the process. She owns the room.
My favorite image is the one where the pearls are draped across her face like a sultry, sparkling mask. It’s powerful. It’s artistic. It’s unforgettable.
